Payment is due at the time of service. If there are unusual circumstances or financial difficulties, please let the receptionist or office manager know prior to being seen so that we can help work out a suitable arrangement. We are happy to help you by filing insurance claims. However, remember that the patient, not the insurance company, is ultimately responsible for the bill.
Please help us keep our business healthy by paying in a timely manner so that we can continue to serve you. We see patients in a good faith arrangement. We do not get involved with efforts to collect from third parties such as estranged spouses, employers, etc. The patient (or the person bringing the child in when minors or dependents are treated) is responsible for the bill.
We are pleased to offer a 10% discount if the total charge is paid in full at the time of the visit. Pending insurance payments are not eligible for consideration.
Regrettably, we find it necessary to charge an additional $30 fee for returned checks. Any previously offered discount will be forfeited.
