A Mississippi native, Dr. Horton graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, served an internship in Montgomery, AL, and subsequently completed his family practice residency at the University of Kentucky. He has been board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (formerly the American Board of Family Practice) since 1988, and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians in 1990.                                                  tlhortonmd@rainsvillefamilypractice.org
